Subject: Yes! Get rid of proprietary citation system

     Do what it takes to put the data on the Web, and make it 
available to the Citizens who are paying for this judicial system.  
Why should my tax dollars pay for a process that I cannot monitor? 
Anything less would be rediculous [sic].
