     I find it outrageous that West Publishing is allowed to 
monopolize the dissemination of information that taxpayers have 
financed. The venal behavior of various justices in accepting West 
inducements further undermines public confidence. Adopt the ABA 
recommendation and put an end to the current public embarrassment.
