Public Records, as the name implies, belong to the public, and should be either freely available to the public, or available for a nominal fee. 2) I am expected to obey the law, but have NO cost-effective means of finding out what the laws actually are because of extortionistic pricing. 3) The public will benefit greatly through unfettered access to this material. 4) The courts should make all federal court opinions available on the Internet, with citations that will permit the public to uniquely identify and cite an opinion.
