 Subject: New public domain citation system for court records

     I support the push for making court records available freely on 
the internet. Though, at this time, I do not have a need for such 
information, I believe it is only logical to begin offering this 
information, since it is public information, through a public forum 
such as the internet. I believe that since these court records are 
generated by individuals already taxpayer-supported that it is very 
unrealistic to expect taxpayers to pay $4 a minute to access these 
records as well.
