This information should be published by my government on the internet. Nothing else should be acceptable. West Publishing should not have a monopoly. I can not believe West has been doing this for years. This situation is disgraceful to a free country. The federal courts should adopt the form of official citation for court decisions recommended by the ABA resolution. The benefits are so obvious, but I will state them anyway. 1 Cheaper to the consumers of this information. 2 Ordinary citizens care about access to court opinions.
