     Please add my name to the list of people in support of public 
access to court documents over the Internet. I think it's shameful 
that people would be hindering efforts to move in this direction. I 
realize that there are transition issues which must be considered and 
that this isn't something that happens overnight. But I would urge 
all concerned to resist efforts to stifle this work.
