 Subject: Public Domain Citation System

     I fully support the idea of a Public Domain Citation System, 
allowing public citizens access to legal documents. Moreover, I 
believe it is a necessary duty in this day in age for the government 
to encourage electronic publishing of all their documents. It is a 
necessary function of government to help promote an educated 
populace. Barriers that prevent the citizenry from low cost access 
to their public documents serves only to polarize the legal system 
into groups that have and have not which is what our founders did not 
intend. Please give the new public domain citation system full 
consideration in the coming months.
